This is paranormal romance book is about a girl named Nina
who is a college student at Brown University. The book starts off with her
father passing away (big mean and part of the story line). She was close to her
father and thought she knew him well. Since her father’s funeral she keeps
running into a man name Jared. He tries to push her away but ends up watching
over her. There is a reason why he does this that I do not want to revel. Jared
has a secret (he was NEVER supposed to tell anyone) that he revels when Nina
finds out that her father was not the man she thought and there was more to his
death then anyone new. Nina is targeted by a group of people that Jared keeps saving
her from while she learns the past of herself, father and family. This is a
great book and it is a series of 3, I have not finished the 3rd one
yet but I think I will after this post J.
There are some things that I should warn readers about.
Since this is a paranormal book you have to keep your mind open while reading.
It will keep you guessing on what is going to happen next which I love in
books. With this book you will think you know what is going to happen next and
then be shocked because you where wrong. Another things is Nina’s character can
be a little annoying at times because she is younger then Jared, but you just
have to look past that because this is really a good book.
Don’t worry this is not a vampire/werewolf book, but Jared
does have a cool secret.
